SRSQ4 : SMART ACE TALK
ASK COACH EDAN VIA ZOOM
Service Description
SMART ACE TALK : Ask Coach Edan. Understand Your Running. Train With Purpose. SMART ACE TALK (Ask Coach Edan) is an interactive coaching and education session developed by SACRun.Coach to give runners direct access to Coach Edan Syah’s experience, coaching methodology and practical running knowledge. Unlike a standard webinar where the coach delivers a fixed topic, SMART ACE TALK is question-driven. The session is built around the actual questions, problems and training situations submitted by runners. This allows Coach Edan to focus the discussion on the areas that matter most to the participants. SMART ACE TALK is designed to help runners better understand why they train, how they should train and how to make better decisions throughout their running journey.
