This is a 60 minute LIVE Treadmill Running session with Coach Edan Syah. This series is a mixes of speed, endurance and hill runs to improve your overall running capability on treadmill with real-time instructions by the Head Coach.


Weekly Live Online Class
Learn to be more economical with your movement, and converting energy to power more efficiently, will increase running fitness with correct Heart Rate and Pace Training on the treadmill. In these 4 Weeks Online Live Sessions, you will start to enjoy running on treadmill to build your running stamina progressively at home!
