Smart Consultation Session (SCS) – Terms & Conditions

Payment & Booking:

Full payment is required prior to the scheduled session.

Bookings without completed payment will not be confirmed.

Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Requests must be communicated to both the SAC Manager and Coach via email or WhatsApp.

Rescheduling is only confirmed upon mutual agreement on a new date and time.

Each session is eligible for one reschedule only.

Missed Sessions Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the session being considered completed and non-refundable.

No Refund Policy:

All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed, cancelled, or unused sessions.

Late Arrival Policy Clients are expected to join on time.

Late arrivals will not be granted additional time; the session will end as scheduled.

If the coach is late, the session duration will be adjusted accordingly.

SAC reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
