In this workshop, you will explore scientific methods for efficient running to increase endurance and reduce injuries. You will learn correct breathing techniques to run faster while maintaining a lower heart rate. The SAC Head Coach will provide face-to-face technique correction to help improve your form.

Additionally, you will discover running drills and resistance band exercises designed to enhance your running technique. The workshop will also guide you in choosing the right running shoe based on your unique gait. Finally, there will be a Q&A session with the SAC Head Coach to clarify common running myths.

Coach Edan Syah has 12 years of run coaching experience and is very knowledgeable in Heart Rate Training Concepts and Principles. He is a SACRun.Coach co-founder since 2012. He holds the record for the fastest marathoner in Malaysia in 2016, clocking in at 2 hours and 30 minutes Personal Best Full Marathon in 2017, a Guinness World Record Holder, 2 times Boston Marathon finisher, and Six World Marathon Majors Finisher in 2018.

He has been an outspoken supporter and a living example of SACRun.
