SAC 5KM Friendship Run

UPDATE FOR SMART RUNNER SERIES (SRS) STAGE 2

We will come to the end of this training program on this Sunday 13 November 2022 at the SCKLM event, after 8 weeks of training and preparation! 

SACRun.Coach Team would like to have one more session with all of you at the SAC FRIENDSHIP RUN on Saturday 12 November 2022. 

This will be a short shake-out run (~5km) before race day for those running 21km and 42km on Sunday. We will also meet up with all who registered for the 5km and 10km events (Saturday), after your run!

As this session is not part of the program, we will utilise the credit from one cancelled PowerFit class in this package and therefore you don’t have to pay for it. There will not be any outstanding sessions after this Sunday. FYI

Time to gather: 7:00AM -7:30AM for T-shirt distribution before the start of the Run.

NOTE: If you would like to bring a friend, they can register also but it is compulsory for them to purchase the DareToDream T-shirt at RM40.
