: I hereby covenant with SACRun.Coach and I assume all of the risk of participating in any running activities organised by Smart Performance Management and SACRun.Coach . I will at all times hereafter keep you and your successors in title indemnified against all actions, proceedings, claim and demands whatsoever by all persons claiming through or under me or any of us; and from all cost and expenses in the event of INJURIES or DEATH caused arising from you and your successors negligence or fault.   1. I shall at all times strictly adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by you and your representatives. 2. I shall not proceed outside the designated areas set for the activity and by you and your representatives. 3. I shall be responsible for those under my care. 4. I shall be responsible for any damages or malfunctions of the demo equipment due to my carelessness and will pay the amount which may be imposed by you. 5. I certify that I am physically fit and prepared for this activity; I have not been advised to not participate in this kind of activity by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.   I consent to receive any medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity. I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed or filmed. I agree to allow my photo or video of me to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors & organisers. 

PDPA Consent Clause: By submitting this Form, you hereby agree that SACRun.Coach may collect, obtain, store and process your personal data that you have provided in this Form for the purposes of receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing mails or materials from SACRun.Coach . You hereby give your consent to SACRun.Coach to:-  - Store and process your Personal Data - Disclose your Personal Data to the relevant governmental authorities or third parties where required by law or for legal purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, Personal Data includes all data defined within the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 including all data you had disclosed to SACRun.Coach in this Fo SACRun.Coach Terms & Conditions Apply.

Cancellation Policy

All payments made are not refundable but convertible to rebates for other SACRun.Coach services within 30 days period. The Management reserves the right to cancel any session if the minimum number of participants is less than 5 (24 hours before the session). SACRun.Coach Terms & Conditions Apply.
