DESCRIPTION
❇️ SMART RUNNER SERIES 5 Weeks Package (SRS5W) is a holistic, customized, and structured training program for the SCORE MARATHON 2023. The package will start from 10 July 2023 to 13 August 2023, training towards your 21.1km, 10km & 5km Goal Distance. 
❇️ Smart Runner Series (SRS) is a proven program to help all runners improve their running from beginner to advanced levels using an organized, targeted, and systematic program co-founded by SAC Head Coach; Edan Syah.

ABOUT SAC HEAD COACH:
❇️ Coach Edan Syah has 12 years of run coaching experience and is very knowledgeable in Heart Rate Training Concepts and Principles. He is a co-founder of SACRun.Coach since 2012. He holds the record as the fastest marathoner in Malaysia in 2016, clocking in at 2 hours and 30 minutes Personal Best Full Marathon in 2017, 2 Guinness World Records Holder, 2 times Boston Marathon finisher, and Six World Marathon Majors Finisher in 2018. He is an advocate for heart rate training and a living example of SACRun.Coach Training Principles' efficacy, a future physical education educator, and have a mission to guide the community to grasp the principles of running to help everyone run smarter, injury free, and enjoy running for a healthy lifestyle. ✅ 5 Weeks - Customised Training Plan (CTP) - (Worth RM250)
✅ 5x Smart PowerFit Class (SPF) - Online Class. Every Monday (8:30 pm) via Zoom - (Worth RM100)
✅ 3x Smart Runner Class (SRC) - Physical Class on selected Sundays (from 4:30 am to 6:30 am start time) at selected locations in Putrajaya - (Worth RM120)
